Rising As One Mission Statement
- Rising As One is a group of individuals who came together, to create opportunities through awareness for communication and education between the Human race and their Universal family.
- Rising As One, through preparation, will be focusing on promoting responsibility, accountability, understanding and respect through the Human race when interaction takes place during mass contact.
- Rising As One acknowledges that mass contact has already taken place on Earth.
- Rising As One acknowledges from the heart that we are members of the Universal Family.
Rising As One was formed in the earlier part of 2009 by Virginia Cervantes, Stacey Wright and Jim Mann. All three founding members have had galactic experiences in one capacity or another. All were passionate about having a free and safe dialogue to discuss our universal connections.
Since they all believed we have been and continue to be visited by extraterrestrials, their objective was to provide support and understanding for people to share these experiences as well as to determine how we could prepare earth for mass contact that will be accepted by the masses. They believe that earth needs to raise its consciousness for the benefit of all beings in the universe.
Inspired by this realization, a friend suggested to her that a conference could benefit the general public by allowing them to speak freely of their extraterrestrial experiences without being ridiculed, harassed or made to feel embarrassed. Virginia shared this idea with Stacey and Jim who enthusiastically embraced it especially given their longstanding work in the UFO field.
On April 26th, 2009 their first meeting took place. This would eventually lead to organizing a group called Rising As One. There are now eight members of Rising As One and their first conference will be taking place April 10, 2010.

Virginia Cervantes
Virginia is one of the Co-founders for Rising As One. She is the organizer of
the First Annual Embracing Contact conference. Since childhood, Cervantes has been clairaudient and clairsentient.
She is an international political and environmental researcher, a political activist and advocate for children. Her
international political research has led her to pursue such controversial topics as the Execution of Private Slovick, the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Vietnam War and many more.
As a result of this journey she has connected with galactic and inter-dimensional star families, forming relationships with our star brothers and star sisters. Cervantes advocates for an open and a safe dialogue between humans and their universal families.

Former Member-Christine Tulk
Christine has lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 15 years. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Iyashi Bodyworks. Christine has been involved in the extraterrestrial phenomena for over 20 years. She is the granddaughter of the late Sheriff George Wilcox. Wilcox is well known for his connection to Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. She has conducted many personal interviews with witnesses from the Roswellincident. Christine has hosted lectures with Don Schmitt and Kevin Randall. She has had numerous experiences with star brothers and star sisters. She was also a witness to the Phoenix Lights sighting that happened in March of 2007.
Larry Lowe

Larry is a veteran of three decades of inquiry into the UFO-EB phenomenon. Born in the summer of 1952 amid the largest UFO flap in American history, his first exposure to the UFO issue was Edward J. Ruppelt's "Report on Unidentified Flying Objects" and the lights that could be seen in the night time skies of rural Wyoming.
Lowe was a member of MUFON-LA for well over decade in the 1980's and 1990's. In that time he served on the Board of Directors, hosted the monthly cable television program, designed and managed the section website. He has appeared on the History Channel as a UFO reality spokesman and recently conducted an investigation into the Phoenix Lights to be aired later this year on the National Geographic Channel.
Lowe managed the website for CNI News and later ISCNI, The Institute for the Study of Contact with Non-human Intelligence.
He has recently taken the role of journalist for Examiner.com as the Phoenix UFO Examiner, where he is documenting steps towards truthful disclosure of the UFO-EB presence. Lowe is developing a geospatial model of the events of March 13, 1997 to correlate reports. He supports the work of Phoenix MUFON. Lowe is active in the formation of Evolver Phoenix, a node of the Evolver network, dedicated to positive transformation of our society towards sustainable stability.

Cody Wamsley
Cody is a public school teacher who lives in Prescott, Arizona. He has spent the past 15 years in education, specializing in high school social science and humanities. Before entering the teaching profession, Wamsley worked 16 years in the radio broadcasting industry at commercial stations in Arizona, Oregon, and Missouri. He was the creator and co-founder of the Arizona Recreation Network, a 13-station statewide radio network in the 1980s which broadcast daily programs covering outdoor recreation in Arizona. Wamsley was born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and grew up on a farm near there. He is a 1994 graduate of Arizona State University. His interest in UFO and paranormal investigations has been fueled by several sightings of unexplained aerial phenomena. Wamsley is a member of the Phoenix MUFON organization.
Stacey Wright

Stacey has been a resident of Mesa for 21 years. She is currently one of the two State Section Directors for Phoenix MUFON and an active Field Investigator for ufo sightings and reports.
Stacey is a 1982 graduate of Idaho State University and her interest in astronomy, fringe science and ufo-related studies goes back many years.
Stacey is employed with the public school system and has two children, both college students.

Michelle is a Master Energy Healer, Ordained Non Denominational Minister and Therapist with 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and healing. She has had a lifelong interest in metaphysics and grew up in a family of highly intuitive Women. Several experiences in her life opened her to conscious contact with off-world friends and her life has become an adventure because of this, a GREAT adventure.
